The Beverly is constructed with high-quality materials, exceeding industry standards with its 12-inch thickness. The doors are 2 inches thick, equipped with a steel threshold and bullet hinges featuring grease fittings welded on the frame. For easy installation, we have included tabs with pre-drilled holes on the jamb. Our aim is to provide energy-efficient products to our customers, which is why our operable glass designs feature 5/8" tempered dual pane glass with dual sealing to minimize heat and air leakage. Moreover, each frame is equipped with Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping to reduce hot and cold weather transfer. To prevent the infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, or fire, a door sweep is included and installed at the bottom of your door to seal any gaps. Please note that the lock shown in the photograph is the Weslock Molten Bronze - Wilshire, and it is sold separately.
