At Pinky's Iron Doors, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, standard-sized products. Please note that custom-made iron doors and modified hardware are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Securely repack the door or hardware in its original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Freight Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will help coordinate a freight carrier to pick up the crate from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item for pristine condition, your refund will be processed minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
