The New York is made of high-quality 12 gauge material and its doors are 2" thick. They have a steel threshold and bullet hinges with grease fittings welded on the frame. To make installation easy, the jamb has tabs with pre-drilled holes. Our 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass designs have dual sealing to reduce heat and air leakage, making it an energy-efficient product. Furthermore, we install Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping inside every frame which minimizes the transfer of hot and cold air. A door sweep is also installed at the bottom of your door to prevent the infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, or fire and seal any gaps.
