Piano - Double Flat
The craftsmanship behind our Piano double iron door is inspired by the grand piano's musical keys, showcased by the vertical iron bars; the distinctive form of the instrument is echoed in the unique shape of the door's lower panels. Even the scrollwork is carefully crafted to loosely represent the notes that create beautiful music. The Piano is crafted with 12-gauge material above the typical industry standard. Its 2" thick doors feature a steel threshold and bullet hinges with welded-on grease fittings. To allow for easy installation, we have tabs with pre drilled holes welded on the jamb. In order to produce an energy efficient product for our customers our 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass designs encompass dual sealing which helps reduce both heat and air leakage. Additionally, a Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping is placed inside each frame, minimizing the transfer of hot and cold weather, and a door sweep is included to reduce sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, and fire infiltration.
