The Road Trip is made using high-quality 12 gauge material that exceeds industry standards. Its doors are 2" thick and feature a steel threshold, bullet hinges with grease fittings welded on the frame, and tabs with pre-drilled holes on the jamb to facilitate easy installation. Our 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass designs have dual sealing, which contributes to energy efficiency by reducing heat and air leakage. Furthermore, our frames are equipped with Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping to minimize the transfer of hot and cold weather. A door sweep is also provided and placed at the bottom of your door to seal gaps and prevent infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, or fire.
