The design features a tall, easy-to-open glass panel made of 5/8" tempered dual pane glass that is also easy to clean. The Road Trip is a high-quality product that surpasses industry standards. It is constructed from durable 12 gauge material and features 2-inch thick doors with strong steel thresholds. The door hinges are bullet hinges and have grease fittings, while the jamb tabs come with pre-drilled holes for easy installation. The operational glass designs are made of 5/8" tempered dual panes and have dual sealing to improve energy efficiency and minimize heat and air leakage. Our product frames come with two layers of Polyurethane foam weather stripping that helps to prevent the transfer of hot and cold air. In addition, the doors have a bottom sweep to provide seal against gaps and keep away sound, drafts, light, insects, moisture, smoke, and fire.
