Constructed using 12-gauge material that exceeds industry standards, the San Francisco features doors with substantial 2-inch thickness, steel threshold, and bullet hinges with pre-installed grease fittings. To aid with installation, the jamb is outfitted with tabs and pre-drilled holes. Additionally, the design includes 5/8-inch tempered dual-pane operable glass that has dual sealing, thereby reducing heat and air leakage and increasing energy efficiency. In addition, a Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping is built into each frame, aiding with hot and cold air transfer. To restrict sound, light, drafts, bugs, dampness, smoke, or fire from entering, we install a door sweep at the bottom of the door to seal all cracks.
