The Parkside is expertly crafted with 12-gauge material exceeding industry standards. Its 2"-thick door is equipped with a steel threshold and grease-fitted bullet hinges. Pre-drilled holes on the tabs of the jamb grant easy installation. And to provide energy efficiency, the 5/8" tempered dual-pane glass is complemented by a dual-sealing system that reduces both heat and air leakage. Additionally, our frames are equipped with Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping to reduce heat transfer in various temperatures. Plus, a door sweep is installed to help prevent sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, and fire from infiltrating your door.
